HAPPY NEW YEAR! - What a start to 2026...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 🥳

I have been having a wonderful holiday vacation enjoying slow days and quiet nights with my family. It is always such a blessing to be able to spend the last moments of the old year and the first moments of the new year surrounded by the love of my family enjoying the simple things in life. In this crazy, chaotic, and fast-paced world we live in, this "retreat" feels so good and necessary to entering the new year with the proper perspective.

So 2025...

What a year it was! Of all the things that happened - the awards, interviews, projects, performances - the thing that stands out the most is the people. SO many amazing people filled my year and made it such a special time that will be treasured and remembered so fondly. This was a year marked by endings such as the closing of The Community and the final performance of DOUBLE TROUBLE X2; beginnings like my new solo shows/livestreams, mentoring an apprentice, and making new friends; and continued growth with new songs written and released, awards won, plans being made, back to steady work as a brand ambassador, continuing to deepen friendships and work relationships, and skills being strengthened. The year brought so many highs and exciting adventures, and I feel so blessed for such a wonderful year to look back on. I am so grateful for all that happened and all the people who made 2025 so special.

Alas, 2025 has come to an end, and, while I am sad to see it go, I am excited for a new year ahead and the possibilities that it brings. Thank you for being part of my 2025! I can't wait to see where 2026 takes us and all we will see, do, and experience together in the year to come. God bless you all, and may 2026 be the most amazing year yet!! Wherever the Lord takes you in this new year, I pray you go there with love, peace, and joy. I love you all so much ❤️

Now on to some exciting news...

What a way to start 2026... winning our first award for "Legends" with my friend and collaborator Andy Smith Music!!! I think this may be the start of a big year ❤️ Thank you to World Songwriting Awards for the recognition!! So honored by this award 🤗
